Shipping policy

Most items on our site are immediately available. Custom orders may require 7 business days for processing prior to shipping (typically, I'll be in contact with you about this). We estimate 3-5 non-holiday business days for shipping.  Once your order ships, it can not be cancelled (as it is out of our hands). An order confirmation and shipping tracking number will be sent to the email provided.  If you don't receive your product within the timeframe provided, please contact us.
